Test your bot
Test chat lets you talk to your bot the way a customer would, before you put it on your website or WhatsApp. It is in every plan.
Open it
In the dashboard, go to My bot → Test your bot. Type a question your customers would ask and press Send, or press Enter. Shift+Enter adds a new line.
What a reply tells you
Each message goes through the same steps as a customer’s message and uses your real knowledge. Under every reply you see either Answered from: followed by the titles of the knowledge items it used, or Not answered from your knowledge. When you see the second one for a question you expected the bot to answer, add or update a knowledge item and ask again.
What it costs and where it goes
Test replies spend your AI credits, like a real conversation. They never reach your inbox or your reports.
Start over
Press New conversation to clear the chat and start a fresh conversation.
