Knowledge base
The knowledge base is what the AI reads when it answers. Each item becomes retrievable chunks that the model can cite by title and section.
Create an item
Open Knowledge → New item and paste markdown, plain text, or a link to a public URL. Add a short title so citations are readable to your customers.
Import from Obsidian
Export a folder from Obsidian as a ZIP archive and drop it into Knowledge → Import. Envomate preserves your folder structure as tags and treats each note as one knowledge item.
Keep it fresh
Re-upload items when your product changes. Old versions are soft-deleted so citations in past conversations still resolve.
