Shopee actions
The Shopee connector lets the AI look up orders, check stock, and acknowledge shipping updates directly from the marketplace. All calls run inside your tenant scope.
Connector setup
Open Actions → Shopee → Connect, sign in with the shop owner account, and approve the requested scopes. Envomate stores the refresh token and rotates access tokens automatically.
Available actions
The AI can call get_order, list_orders, get_product, and get_shipment_status. Write actions such as cancellations require human confirmation before they run.
Rate limits and retries
Shopee enforces per-shop rate limits. Envomate batches reads, retries on transient 5xx, and surfaces a human handoff on repeated failures so customers never wait in silence.
