API and integrations
Envomate has no public API yet, and there are no API keys for your account. A public API is planned. Until it ships, your systems and channels connect to Envomate in the three ways below.
Website widget
The chat widget runs on your website with your company’s widget key. The key is safe in browser code: it only works on the websites you allow, and it cannot read your dashboard data. See Widget embed.
Customers message your business number through Meta’s official WhatsApp Business Platform. The Envomate team connects your number with Meta; the WhatsApp page in the dashboard shows the number once it is live. See WhatsApp setup.
Connectors
Shopee and Accurate ERP connect from Connectors in the dashboard. An admin enters the credentials from that system, and Envomate stores them for your company only. The AI then reads live data from them through actions. See Shopee and Accurate ERP.
